In a quiet lane, just 10 minutes walk from the old town of Tropea and 15 minutes from the sea lies Casa Vito. In the house, in which also the owner himself lives, three apartments are rented out, one on the ground floor, one on the 1st floor and one in the attic. The first two apartments have room for up to 6 persons, the attic apartment for up to 4 persons.
The apartment on the ground floor (photos 3 and 10 to 15) has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen with sofa bed and dining table as well as a balcony and a terrace with a beautiful view to the old town of Tropea, the sea and the touristic harbour of Tropea. The apartment has a washing maschine and SAT-TV.
The apartment on the 1st floor (photos 4 to 9) has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with sofa bed for sleep 2 persons, a spacious kitchen with dining table and a large balcony (photo 4) with stunning views overlooking the old town of Tropea, the sea and the touristic harbour of Tropea. The apartment has a washing maschine and SAT-TV.
The attic apartment (photos 16 to 25) has a living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa, which can also be used as sofa bed for 2 persons, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large balcony with magnificent views. This apartment has air condition and SAT-TV.
There are parking places in front of the house.
